Scene Clothing

Alright. One of the important things for scene kids is the clothing. This is a short update because im tired as fuck. Anyways moving on. Most scene kids wear black jeans, black shirts (Most often band shirts) and converse. I personally dont wear black skinny jeans because I grew outta all of mine and im broke so I cant get new ones. Anyways a good place to buy scene clothes and accessories such as hats, jeans, shirts, wristbands ect ect is Hot Topic. They only have a couple of stores in Canada but they have a bunch in the US. The one I go to is in the Square One center in Missisauga. But anyways moving on. I have a gray hat. A plad red and black wrist band. A selection of band shirts (Metallica, Slipknot, Motorhead, ect ect) gray skinny jeans and low top converse.
As I said before theres only 2 hot topics in Canada so youll have to order alot if you Canadian. Or if you just wanna look through some merch and stuff. Heres a link to the site. http://www.hottopic.com/hottopic/Homepage.jsp

Another good scene clothing brand is Oli Sykes brand called DropDead. Its not a huge brand yet but they have some decent shirts. The only downside is. You have to order from the site. So heres the link to the site

Have a great day and ill be back tomorrow to update

Scene hair ideas

Alright. The most important part to being scene is the hair. Now, you dont HAVE to dye your hair black. It just looks cooler if it is black. But you can dye it a bunch of colors. Red, Blonde, Green, Blue, ect ect. But black is the most common. I used to have my hair black and blonde. But that was a piss off to dye every few months. So I just went back to my natural hair color. Brown. This is me now.
To do my hair I use Dove shampoo and conditioner and blow dry my hair. Then I brush it with a sharp end brush. You know those brushes with the little balls attached to the end of them? Dont use those. Not if you have thick hair. They dont actually work all that well. If your not sure what im talking about here it is.
                                                                             DONT USE THESE

A sharp end brush works so much better for me. If you still dont know what that is. Heres a picture of one.
This is the brush in my oppinion. It hurts a little but you'll get used to it after a while...

I have naturally curly hair. So I have to use a hair straightener. So to do my hair I use a Chi Straightener and a comb. I grab a piece of my hair using my comb and straighten that piece. Starting at the middle of my head and moving to the right. Then I straighten the bangs. Then the left side I straighten to the right. To do the back I just straighten it all down. So its not wavy.

If your hair looks shit on some days. Dont worry. Just buy a beanie. And after it gets longer. Dont bother wearing those skater hats. They just make you look dumb. I just own a plain gray beanie. I want a BMTH or a Slipknot one. But since im Canadian I cant find one because theres no hot topic. But you can order from their website. Just get a hat your comfortable with.

First post

About one year ago I got into the emo scene. Before we start this lets set one thing straight. The difference between a emo and a scene kid. A emo kid is a DEPRESSED person who cuts themself. But not all emos are to be feared. Even though some of them can give off a negative vibe there not all bad people. Some emos are actually really nice and no. they dont ALL dress scene.

A scene kid is the kid that dresses like the stereotypical emo. With dyed black hair, facial piercings, ect ect. Pretty much the Andy Sixx (of Black Veil Brides) is the stereotyped look

For tips on how to get scene hair, and look scene all together. Keep comin back every week and ill try to keep on top of the updates.
